Overview
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is undertaking planning for Mount Cotton Road, Redland Bay Road and Redland Sub-Arterial Road.
A first round of community consultation was undertaken between 13 February and 12 March 2023 to identify community concerns and priorities. You can view the consultation summary here.
Community consultation identified the Double Jump Road and Mount Cotton Road intersection, and the Taylor Road and Redland Bay Road intersection, as the highest community concerns and priorities.
Based on community feedback and further planning work, TMR has developed preferred concept design options for these intersections as a priority for staged upgrades along the corridor.
